Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether senior members of the Diplomatic Service are permitted to attend the Labour Party political conference.

All senior civil servants, including members of the Diplomatic Service, are subject to the Civil Service Management Code.
