Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask the Chancellor of the Exchequer, what the status is of HMRC’s investigation into EDO MBM Technology Ltd's compliance with UK export controls; whether HMRC has had discussions with the Department for International Trade as part of that investigation; and if he will make a statement.

HMRC are responsible for enforcing export controls on strategic goods and sanctions and investigating potential breaches of those controls. HMRC cannot disclose information about an identifiable person. HMRC continue to work closely with DIT on export control matters.
