Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, pursuant to the Answer of 10 April 2025 to Question HL6508 Road Signs and Markings, what is the evidential basis for there being no need for (a) regulations or (b) new guidance.
