Burma: Rohingya

Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign and Commonwealth Affairs, if he will make an assessment of whether human rights violations against the Rohingya in Burma meet the international legal definitions of ethnic cleansing and crimes against humanity.

International legal definitions are a matter for international tribunals, rather than for governments or non-judicial bodies.
