Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, if he will make it his policy to remove the benefits cap.
This question was answered on 8th November 2022
There is a statutory duty to review the levels of the cap at least once in every five years and this will happen at the appropriate time.
