Building Regulations: Fires

Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:
To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, when the Building Regulations Advisory Committee will be recalled to consider the review of Approved Document B (fire safety).
This question was answered on 4th July 2017
The Building Regulations Advisory Committee met on Thursday 22 June to discuss the Grenfell Tower Fire, including the implications for Approved Document B (Fire Safety) and the Building Regulations more generally.
At the meeting it was agreed that the Committee would reconvene regularly in response to the Grenfell Tower fire. The next date is not yet confirmed.
