Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, when his Department plans to publish the Consumer Law Green Paper.

The Government will in due course publish a Green Paper that will closely examine markets which are not working fairly for consumers.
