Our railway must be accessible and open to everyone, which is why we are working with operators to ensure they make access to timetables simpler and more convenient. We recognise that some passengers prefer physical copies and, as we recover from the pandemic, expect operators to ensure they meet the needs of those passengers.

Passengers without access to the internet can request up to date timetable information from National Rail Enquiries on 03457 48 49 50 or visit their nearest staffed ticket office.
