Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, how many officials in her Department recently received a non-consolidated performance payment, by (a) gender, (b) age and (c) ethnicity.
Performance related pay is one tool to recognise some of the excellent achievements by the FCDO’s diverse workforce. In 2020-21 the following received non-consolidated performance pay:
