Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, what plans he has to consult in Wales on establishing terms of reference for the inquiry into contaminated blood.

The Government has written to recipients of the ex gratia schemes which provide financial and other types of support to those affected by HIV and/or hepatitis C through treatment with National Health Service-supplied blood or blood products before September 1991, seeking their views on the scope, format and sponsorship of the inquiry. This includes recipients in Wales, England, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
