The Government is working with the devolved administrations to ensure that they are fully consulted in developing the Terms of Reference for the inquiry into contaminated blood, particularly given the Government’s intention that the inquiry should cover the whole United Kingdom as the events in question pre-date devolution. UK Government officials are in regular contact with officials in the devolved administrations about the inquiry.
