Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, pursuant to the Answer of 16 June 2022 to Question 16826 on Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme, for what reason the application for a vaccine damage payment made in November 2021 with reference VAD7859 has not been concluded; and if he will make a statement.

We are unable to provide the information requested as it relates to personal data from which a claimant could be identified.

The NHS Business Services Authority provides updates to all claimants directly on the progress of individual claims. A claimant may receive further updates by contacting the Vaccine Damage Payment Scheme (VDPS).
