Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, whether he plans to withdraw the UK from the 1951 UN Convention Relating to the Status of Refugees.
This question was answered on 14th November 2022
The UK Government does not have plans to withdraw from the Refugee Convention and its Protocol.
