The number of high-rise residential and publicly owned buildings with ACM cladding materials unlikely to meet building regulations, and their remediation progress, is available in the Building Safety Programme’s monthly data release here https://www.gov.uk/government/publications/building-safety-programme-monthly-data-release-june-2020. This includes information specifically for the local authority of Birmingham, and other local authorities in the West Midlands, in Appendix 2. Information by constituency is not available due to the higher risk of identification of particular buildings.
