The Government has already committed to holding a public consultation on options for the Oxford to Cambridge Expressway, to which respondents will be able to offer comment on the overarching case for the scheme. Highways England has been preparing for such a consultation.

We are not able currently to announce any updates on the project or proceed with a public consultation on the project given the imminent General Election purdah period.
