Independent National Maternity and Neonatal Investigation

Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, when he expects the independent maternity and neonatal investigation to publish its final recommendations.
This question was answered on 19th November 2025
The independent maternity and neonatal investigation will produce an initial set of national recommendations by December 2025. The investigation will publish its final report and recommendations in Spring 2026.
