To ask the Secretary of State for Communities and Local Government, what evidence his Department holds on compliance with Article 12 of the Issue of energy performance certificates of the Evaluation of the Energy Performance of Buildings Directive 2010/31/EU for buildings (a) rented and (b) leased; and if he will make a statement.
