To ask the Secretary of State for Education, how many childminders have registered with childminder agencies to date.

Childminder agencies (CMAs) are commercial organisations, independent of government. It is for them to develop their business plans and decide how many childminders they aim to register. The Department for Education does not collect data on the number of childminders registered with them.
