Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many and what proportion of GP practices in (a) England, (b) London, (c) the London Borough of Islington and (d) Islington South and Finsbury constituency are covered by (i) general medical services, (ii) personal medical services and (iii) alternative provider medical services contracts.
