Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, how many police forces do not collect finger prints for break-ins.

It is an operational decision for police forces as to whether to send a crime scene examiner to a crime scene to collect fingerprints. Information is not collected on the number of break-ins where forces do and do not collect fingerprints.
