Question to the Department for Energy Security & Net Zero:

To ask the Secretary of State for Energy Security and Net Zero, whether she has a strategy for second generation biofuels.

The UK Government published the Biomass Strategy on 10^th August 2023. The Strategy covers the role that biomass, including second generation biofuels, can play in meeting the UK Government’s net zero target.
