Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will review the Prevent programme to ensure (a) its effectiveness and (b) that it has support from the communities it is seeking to protect.

We are subject to a statutory deadline to complete the review by August 2020. The next steps for the review will be considered in due course.
