To ask the Secretary of State for Health, how many patients have been identified as possibly diabetic by the NHS Health Check in the last 12 months.

Public Health England (PHE) is currently working with the health & social care information centre to establish a national data standard which will allow uniformed reporting on the NHS Health Check. PHE is also exploring options for the introduction of a national for representational data collection system for the NHS health check programme.
