Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:
To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, what discussions he has had representatives of fossil fuel producers on revisions to the Energy Charter Treaty, since June 2022.

My Rt. Hon. Friend the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy has not held meetings with representatives of fossil fuel producers on the Energy Charter Treaty in the last 12 months.
