Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health, pursuant to the Answer of 6 July 2017 to Question 3364 on redundancy, how much of the exit packages detailed in the Annual Report was paid to (a) men and (b) women in (i) 2015-16 and (ii) 2016-17.
This question was answered on 11th September 2017
For the year 2015-16, six women and three men received exit packages.
For 2016-17, 337 women and 240 men received exit packages.
