Question to the Department for Digital, Culture, Media & Sport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Digital, Culture, Media and Sport, what role his Department had in the appointment of Sir Roger Taylor as the Chair of the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation.

The Chair of the Centre for Data Ethics and Innovation was appointed in July 2018 by the then Secretary of State following an open and fair competition.
