Export Control Joint Unit collated information from a broad range of sources. Reports by Amnesty International, US Press Freedom Tracker and Bellingcat, as well as incidents flagged prominently as being of particular concern by Non-Governmental Organisations, media organisations and reporting from the diplomatic missions across the USA, were considered in more detail.
