Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Affairs, what discussions she had with (a) international partners, (b) recipient countries and (c) public health experts prior to the decision to end funding for the Fleming Fund.
