Question to the Department for Work and Pensions:
To ask the Secretary of State for Work and Pensions, what criteria his Department has set for claimants of Access to Work support to qualify for the maximum level of support.

The £40,800 per year limit to individual Access to Work grants will be applied to new applicants from October 1st 2015. Individuals with current Access to Work grants will not be subject to the limit until April 2018.
There will be no difference in criteria applied to customers affected by limit compared with those who are not.
