Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, if he will set a deadline for publication of the Government response to the consultation on Pavement parking: options for change.

The Department has been considering all the views expressed in response to our consultation and is now working through the policy options and the means of delivering them. As soon as those matters are certain we will publish our formal response.
