Question to the Ministry of Defence:
To ask the Secretary of State for Defence, what the timeframe is for the rollout of AESA radar for the Typhoon.
This question was answered on 10th September 2020
Under current plans, the RAF's 40 Tranche 3 Typhoons will be equipped with the European Common Radar System Mk2 from the middle of this decade, with aircraft test and evaluation planned from 2022.
