Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how much his Department has paid from the public purse in compensation for errors relating to (a) tax-free and (b) 30 hours of free childcare; and what estimate he has made of how much will be paid out in total for such errors.

As of 31^st August HMRC has paid £3,335.20 in compensation to customers.
