Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Housing, Communities and Local Government, if he will publish a list of companies that have received funds as Responsible Entities following applications to the Building Safety Fund.

We are unable to publish the names of individual responsible entities that have received funds from the Building Safety Fund on grounds that it may identify individual buildings. This reflects the position of the Government not to reveal the identity of high-rise residential buildings with unsafe cladding systems on public safety grounds.
