Question to the Home Office:

To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, if she will introduce a system to enable visa applications, which were submitted when the priority service was not available, to be upgraded to the priority service for faster processing.

There are no plans to introduce any system to allow customers to upgrade to the priority service if this was not available at the time the visa application was made.

Should there be compelling or compassionate grounds for a faster decision to be made the customer should inform UKVI.
