Question to the Home Office:
To ask the Secretary of State for the Home Department, pursuant to the Answer of 1 November 2022 to Question 72950 on Home Office: Vivastreet, if she will publish the agendas, minutes and accompanying meeting papers from all meetings that officials in her Department have had with Vivastreet since 2017.
The Home Office and law enforcement partners maintain a collaborative working relationship with online companies, including Vivastreet and Adultwork, to identify and put in place initiatives to remove content and prevent and disrupt sexual exploitation on websites. The Home Office does not intend to publish information from meetings with these online companies as this could undermine future policy development.
Further information about the Government’s work to tackle modern slavery, including with online companies can be found in the UK Modern Slavery Annual Reports between 2017 and 2021. The reports are available at Gov.uk.
