The Home Office does not collect data on the number of people arrested for the possession of skunk cannabis. The Ministry of Justice does not hold data centrally on the number of prosecutions for the possession of skunk cannabis. Data are collected on prosecutions for possession of cannabis, but these data cannot be broken down to specify types of cannabis.
