Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what data his Department holds on the number of Care Quality Commission reports which have found repeated failings of regulated providers of services.

The Care Quality Commission publishes inspection reports and a monthly care directory with ratings online. Its inspection reports can include the latest ratings for the services and providers inspected and are used by the regulator to highlight where there may be repeated failings by regulated providers.
