We held the administrative data on people claiming each benefit prior to May 2015 but this was not included in the benefit cap analytical dataset, and therefore, it was not possible to collate into official statistics. For data from May 2015 onwards we have carried out the necessary additional processing and quality assurance to add this information into the benefit cap analytical dataset and ensure it can be included in benefit cap official statistics.
