Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, what the number of filled social care workforce posts was in each of the last five years.

Skills for Care estimates that the number of filled social care posts was 1.60 million in 2017/18, 1.61 million in 2018/19, 1.63 million in 2019/20, 1.67 million in 2020/21 and 1.62 million in 2021/22.
