Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether she plans to publish guidance on the handling of existing (a) contracts, (b) liabilities and (c) pension arrangements for Network Rail staff after their transfer to Great British Railways.

The Bill will not include operational and contractual details about transfer of property, rights, liabilities and staff into GBR or GBR's corporate structure.
