The Violence Harm Assessment database is an internal tool used by the Metropolitan Police Service (MPS) to identify and risk assess individuals involved in violence in London.

The Home Office are not responsible for the database and the MPS publish summary statistics on the demographic background of those individuals on the database, which can be found here: Violence Harm Assessment | Metropolitan Police .
