Question to the Department for Transport:

To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, pursuant to the Answer of 26 October 2022 to Question 68524 on Road Traffic Act 1988, when his Department will announce the (a) scope and (b) timings of the call for evidence on the Road Traffic Act 1988, due to be published by the end of 2022.

The Department for Transport is continuing to consider the publication of a call for evidence on motoring offences, with work continuing as to its precise scope and timings.
