Question to the HM Treasury:

To ask Mr Chancellor of the Exchequer, how much additional revenue HM Revenue and Customs (HMRC) will recoup from new measures to reduce tax evasion by 2020; and what additional resources he plans to allocate HMRC to reduce tax evasion.

The government will announce the detail and estimated Exchequer impacts of its plans to tackle tax evasion in the usual way, as part of the regular Budget and Spending Review processes.
