Question to the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office:

To ask the Minister of State, Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office, whether he has had recent discussions with the Secretary of State for Defence on the potential role of the Royal Air Force in delivering aid to Gaza.

The Foreign and Defence Secretaries are in regular discussion on the full range of issues related to the conflict in Israel and Gaza, including options for getting more lifesaving aid to Palestinians. This has already resulted in over 160 tonnes of essential humanitarian supplies being delivered using RAF flights and RFA Lyme Bay.
