Question to the Department for Transport:
To ask the Secretary of State for Transport, whether he has had discussions with the Chancellor of the Exchequer on provision for alternative fuels.

Ministers and officials meet regularly with HM Treasury counterparts and discuss a wide range of issues, including alternative fuels. The Government keeps all taxes under review, including those for alternative fuels.
