Question to the Cabinet Office:
To ask the Chancellor of the Duchy of Lancaster and Minister for the Cabinet Office, what records are kept of the Prime Minister’s WhatsApp messages in his official capacity.

The Cabinet Office follows the Code of Practice on the Management of Records issued under section 46 the Freedom of Information Act 2000.
