Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:

To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, whether he has had recent discussions he has had with the armed forces on assisting with covid-19 vaccine programme in schools.

Following discussions about the additional training requirements needed to vaccinate children and young people, it was agreed with the Ministry of Defence that armed forces personnel would not be needed to assist with vaccinations in schools.
