Question to the Department of Health and Social Care:
To ask the Secretary of State for Health and Social Care, how many dentists who qualified outside the UK were given a performer number in each NHS region of England in each of the last five years; and what the average time was for the performer number to be given in each case.
This question was answered on 13th June 2022
The information requested is not held centrally and to obtain it would incur disproportionate cost. However, there are currently 32,781 dentists on the Dental Performers List for England.
