Question to the Department for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy:

To ask the Secretary of State for Business, Energy and Industrial Strategy, whether his Department plans to replace the Green Homes Grant voucher scheme when that scheme expires on 31 March 2022.

The Government has announced it will form a new Energy Efficiency Taskforce. The Department is charged with driving improvements in energy efficiency to bring down bills for households, businesses, and the public sector, to reduce energy demand from buildings and industry by 15% by 2030. New government funding worth £6 billion will be made available from 2025 to 2028, in addition to the £6.6 billion provided in this Parliament.
