Question to the Ministry of Housing, Communities and Local Government:

To ask the Secretary of State for Levelling Up, Housing and Communities, whether he has held discussions with the (a) Secretary of State for Transport and (b) Chancellor of the Exchequer on the potential impact of only delivering (i) core Northern Powerhouse Rail (ii) High Speed 2 to Manchester on his levelling up agenda.
